Contest Jitters

I have never had my own avatar contest before, but now I really want to start one. I already have the plan of how it would run and how many judges, contestants etc. I also do know there are many guides on how to run a contest.

What I really want is someone who is experience in running contests and is willing to run it with me.

I've ran one contest before in the AT a few months ago. 3nodding It was for both girls and guys, but, it seemed to be only popular with the girls. ^_^;;;

You shouldn't be nervous, contest are really easy to run. You deffinatly don't need an experienced member to help you.

All you need to run a contest and have it popular is...
1. Good theme
2. Good Judges will help
3. Perhaps the most important a well organized thread that is easy to read, and the information is easy to find.

If anything I would say just look at how some other members who you think have experience in contest went about setting theirs up.

the first contest is always tough because you have to figure these things out
i agree with CC. Look through the threads of some contests in the forum to get an idea of what you think is good and bad 3nodding
and after that, if you have any questions, we're more than welcome to help ^^
