i heard that FOB's new vid, This Ain't a Scene, It's an arms Race people have been saying they are making fun of Avenged Sevenfold's Seize the Day, because of the same background, and they were probably even using the same set...i don't know what to think because i love both bands, and i dunno if FOB is gonna get in trouble for this, just wait until A7X sees it, i hope there won't be a major issue...

i'm worried sad

I'm sure they weren't. Unless they don't like the band, then yeah. If they do like them, then it's all in good fun, I'm sure. I love both bands and wouldn't want them to get into a fight.

Ha, I knew it! My whole family was telling me that it was an Avenged Seven Fold thing but I said Slash and they didn't believe me but I was right! *Does a happy dance* lol

they can't legally get in trouble for mocking another band in a video or using the same set. they can only get in trouble for stealing their music (which they didn't...just incase someone takes that the wrong way)

A7X probably laughed at having an emo band make fun of them. Or they weren't concerned at all, seeing as Pete said it was a nod to Slash. I know that if my band was made fun of in a vid, then I'd laugh. It;s always so funny to see how people view you.

wow, both guilds are saying the EXACT opposite.
A7X guild: It's a total ripoff! they used the same set, same clothes (except for the top hat), same guitar...FOB sucks
FOB guild: nono, i don't think they would make fun of A7X it WAS a contribut to Slash.
