What a hypocrite!

I have a very good friend named Devan.

She's always talking about how she loves grammar (and her speech is very smooth and error free, I might add), and she brags of how her spelling is superior to most other people. She is quite an essay writer.

So, I was on AIM talking to her and she goes:

"hey wuts up w/ u?"

wahmbulance wahmbulance wahmbulance

DOES NOT COMPUTE.

How can someone with such grand speech sink to such and incredibly low?

Maybe she was joking around? Sometimes I'll IM people with "sup foo" or something like that, just to make them laugh.

Oh my... burning_eyes Even when I'm on IM, I don't do that. It's more worth it to type out everything so nothing gets misconstrued. Every now and then, I'll use an emoticon to express emotion, but... burning_eyes

Ugh, I can't stand it. Some of my friends do the same. It makes me want to use my eyes as pingpong balls.
