Since I seem to be a bit behind the times and had no clue what in the world 1337 meant I decided to do a little research. This is what I came up with:

Not only does this provide enough information for new people to learn this incredibly disturbing language it is validating it. I'm waiting for the day when some liberal college will offer this as a foriegn language course. Are we fighting a losing battle here to save the English language?
