What's your favorite thing about the Sims2?

I love how there is genetics involved. You can make a new face and change hair colors unlike the Sims 1. What do you not like about it? Also is this thread ok? biggrin

I didnt get the first sims because it lacked too much IMO..so I just got bustin out for Gamecube and waited 'till sims 2 came out because it was months away from launch when I got interested in the sims razz .

I agree, genetics and the whole kids thing is the best..I also like the fact that there are aliens and ghosts thats pretty cool too... 3nodding

I like how they give you Cheats in the README files.

I love watching the male sims in labour, how they yowl and stuff. Maxis's work with the audio was amazing.

I like the way they interact with everything, like how they gag when they eat bad food, and how when you woohoo in public, there are sims that gather around to cheer you on and sims that gather around and gag, lol. It's the things like that that have caused me to fall in love with the game.

I used to play the Sims 1 a long time ago and I thought that game was great at the time, but it is NOTHING compared to The Sims 2. 4laugh

I love the university majors. >.> I'm a true nerd...but anyway, I love what they call the classes and stuff for each semester! It makes it all seem very silly and fun...like all college classes should be!

I like the old sims, But the sims 2 is fantastic!

I too, love the genetics. And i like how they act more human like. IN the first sims they walked robot.
