Of course that's why he's writing it that way, but as Crabapple said, it doesn't make any sense with what used to be happening. The teamwork idea in Naruto was a pretty big thing, and now apparently means nothing.

Captain Verd EndlessDreamer Isn't the reason simple? He wants to show what Naruto has learned on his own. He wants to show that Naruto has truly grown. But that is just my thought. Of course that's why he's writing it that way, but as Crabapple said, it doesn't make any sense with what used to be happening. The teamwork idea in Naruto was a pretty big thing, and now apparently means nothing. Exactly. Naruto, and the ninjas in the Naruto world, all put emphasis on teamwork, on the idea that you need others to accomplish your goals. It would actually have been possible for the team to take out Kakuzu no sweat. But instead, they're falling back on letting Naruto do everything, which makes no tactical sense. If Kishimoto had put a little more forthought and/or effort into this, he'd have been able to show what Naruto has learned and make use of teamwork. But he hasn't done that. And that's poor storytelling. I can find reasons for how it works if i have to, but that won't change the fact that it's poorly thught out and inconsistant with the rest of the series.

And there are some very good one's I read this one comic on Snafu-comics.com called ever after it is very good. Also if Kishimoto doesn't have at least a chapter a week people start bitching and crying, and don't even consider how hard he works.

Oh please. Do you know anything about how Japanese comics are drawn? Hands down, the man has at lest two assistants. And even if he didn, so what? If a product sucks, it sucks. I'm not saying that Kishimoto is a terrible person, I'm saying that his storytelling lacks refinement and forthought, which is a common problem. If you bothered to pay attention you'd see I still like Naruto very much and put a lot of effort into putting a positive spin on what goes on, no matter how ludicrous it might seem. I do, however, happen to have a realistic view of the quality of the material being produced. Blindly a**-kissing mangaka is just not my style.
