My favorites are from the bloopers on the RK dvd's. The first that comes to mind is ;
Yahiko: "Oh shut up! At least let me go choke the lizard!"

hehe... from the bloopers it would have to be from sano: let's get a sandwhich"

From the actual show, "Oro?" rules supreme.
But from the bloopers, I love two quotes.

Kenshin: "What happened to all the birds? The animals? I CAN'T HEAR ANY FISH!"

Shishio: "I wanted to call it date rape, but my lawyer said that I didn't have a case."

Heheh. I love the bloopers! My favorite from there is one of Saitou's
Saitou: "It's all about the bling bling."

oh man, the english bloopers were GREAT. there are too many good quotes from that. the fish one and the rape are both awesome, and so is the fart one. the guy that voiced shishio is so funny! he had the most funny ones! sano also had one for the episode where yahiko is the twin of some random prince:
kaoru: that's the biggest piece of meat i've ever seen!
sano: well, you should look under my robe, missy!

not to mention they tripped over the japanese words all the time xd

hmm...I had to choose one from the manga. It's in volume one after he saves Kaoru's dojo. This is directed towards the police chief: "This one is no different now from before. Except that he is now a Rurouni and not a Hitokiri." Not one of the funnier ones, and I love "oro?" but I feel like it's an important quote for his character! xp

i really don't have one, but when i went to this book store to get volume 15 of RK, volume 2 of S.A., and volume 1 of Hikaru no Go, one of the guys that worked there whom i asked if my summer reading book was there saw the RK book in my hand and said he has a tatoo of his favorite quote on his back, so all in one day, i got 3 mangas, found my summer reading book, and saw a RK quote in Japanese characters. i thought the quote was a bit creepy, mostly cause seta sojiro said it, and no i do not hate sojiro, just thought it was creepy.
