I knew this was going to happen but I didn't think it was going to happen so soon. Sasuke wants to fight Itachi, and if Orochimaru takes over then many things Sasuke has set out to do can't happen. One he can't revive the Uchiha clan and two he can't truly kill Itachi with his own hands since he will no longer have control, Orochimaru will since he plans to take over Sasuke. I have always thought of Sasuke as a bad a** dude even though I hate him at points, but I can't see him beating Orochimaru while Kabuto is around to help him. I am almost sure of, that the side Kabuto fights on will win this fight. Its like Orochimaru said, "He feared this day would come." So you know he prepared even in his current condition.

JaBush ...... question When Naruto, Sai, and Sakura encountered Sasuke, didn't Sasuke say that he already knew that Orochimaru was going to take over his body and he said that he was cool with it because it was still going to be his body killing Itachi? Well... I could be wrong, it's not like I have it right here in front of me, feel free to correct me. Even if you are right, it doesn't have to matter. Sasuke is perfectly capable of lying, after all. neutral

You know Sasuke wouldn't feel right if someone else killed Itachi even if that person was the one controling his body because that would mean Sasuke didn't kil him Orochimaru did. Plus who would revive the clan, certainly not Orochimaru, all he cares about is looking for the next body to live in.
