Body shop won't work!

Whenever I try to use body shop on my computer, a warning message pops up:

D3DERR_INVALIDCALL!

I always get that error message when I try to use it. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

Sounds like it may be a problem with your DirectX9. I'd pop over to Windows Update and upgrade your DirectX9 and then try it out again.

Have you done a search on the official EA help site and in the Sims forums? I've seen solutions posted there before for problems with bodyshop.

Im having a similar problem the other week it worked fine but now it cant open along with some other stuff
