So, who are your favorite villains from books?
And, on a similar note, and if applicable, what kinds of villains do you like to write about? What kinds have you written about?

I only enjoy villains when they do not live only for the sake of evil. I do not believe it is realistic to have someone just deside they want to take over the world. I believe in different beliefes, not good and evil.
I enjoy writing about villains of that nature as well.

I always enjoy villains who are genuinely threatening, like a corporate jackass who's actually capable of taking over the world, at least economically. Or a fighter stronger than the hero who generally just likes making people bleed and die.
And, of course, you have your Magnificent Bastards. But you're SUPPOSED to like them.
