i dunno..it's cheap i can afford it...(and i'm actually in the process of house shopping)
i was there...i got a great deal...and the fact i can get this for 30k total (5 weeks a year for ever..anywhere in the world)

it was just too much to pass up smile

beside it IS nice to get away from everything
