And of course we all wish to be more professional.

Every time I double tap with street shoes, my shoes come off.

By my opinion,

Almost any shoes are good, just make sure they're tight enough so they don't fly off when you're running.

And, I think I might advise against the knee and wrist things, because, your body will get used to being supported by them. And then, you won't be able to train without them. The insole that goes inside your shoe looks like it could ease some of the impact off the bones of the feet. So it'll probably help when doing big drops.

But the best thing by far is to train all your muscles to be stronger and also more fexible. The wrists and ankles are the ones you'll probably want to focus on.

By the way, that's just my opinion

I wouldnt suggest skate shoes or anything of the sort. I train a couple kids around where i live and il tell you now the ones wiht running shoes pick stuff up like twice as fast as the others who have like vans or converse. I think its just a style and grip thing.

Gloves should have no fingers to them. EVER!! thats a horrible plan so make sure you have fingerless gloves.

And as ive learned Messenger bags suck to carry when trying to PK.

I've ran with both skate shoes and actual running shoes, The running shoes help a,lot more with just about everything i've tried, which isn't much seeing as i'm new, but still.
