Hey guy's, I'm new to the guild but not to poetry. I was asked to join so here I am smile . Enjoy

Heart Broken

You don't understand
This I can see.
Baby you and I, We were ment to be.
I wish you'd understand
That this is surely true.
But now you've been thinking.
And my heart is turning blue.


You used to believe
That our love was true and strong.
Now your confused, Yet we've been together for so long.
It hurts me when I think of this each and everyday.
I know you love me, I love you too. Believe what I say.
I need you my love, I'd do anything for you.
If we weren't to get together again, I don't know what I would do.


One thing I do know for sure though, Is I'll forever wait.
Meeting you must have been faite.
Having you in my life was the greatest thing to have happen to me.
I just hoped you still felt the same way too.
I'll love you now and forever, for eternity.

its a good poem but i think you should add internel rhyme in the longer lines to have a better flow but other then that i like it!
