*lol* That is a reference to one of the banners I made, isn't it?
There is a character in a video game series known as Darkstalkers named Morrigan. She has green hair, and wings sprouting from her head. Do a google image search and I'm sure you'll get lots of hits.
Is just one of many different pictures. As you can see the headband is very similar to the wings sprouting from her head. 3nodding
