Does anyone sew their own gothic (lolita incue) or medival cothes? I would like to see some. Are there any books that has some ideas and how to make them?

I sew my own medevil clothing, and I've been wanting to make a gothic lolita dress, but it's been hard to get around to it with everything else I've been doing.
Here's some things I've done for other people.
The infamous christening gown.
I also made the black tunic in this picture. The tunic to the right is the downright legendary Ultimate Tunic of Ultimate Destinity. The white edging on the cuffs, hem, and down the arms, is embrodiry which reads as the lyrics to the song Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, translated into anglo-saxon runes. At the moment I'm making these two matching pants.
I've also made myself a duster, but I don't have a picture of that. I'll try to get one tomorrow.

Wow that is good.

I think it's easier to just buy a plain gothic-lolita syle dress and just add the frills yourself. I'm doing that to a dress from Hottopic that I bought for Halloween n.n

I'm also trying to make a bag out of my old shirts and scrap fabric n.n 3nodding

Might be easier to buy one, but it's more satisfying to make your own.

Anyone make male clothing?

I made ceilisidhe's cloak....and i'm working on a cosplay costume right now. The cloak was much easier because I could just work off of a pattern though. My cosplay costume is taxing everything I know about sewing to make it. -_-*

Well, the tunic was being worn by a male, although it is a fairly gender-neautral garment. This is the duster I mentioned last night. Made that back when I was still in high school.

Right now I'm making a duct tape EGL style bodice... It's not exactly sewing but it's the same principal.

But yeah, the few actual "goth" outfits i have, I've sewn most of them.
