Can you make your own new 'radio stations'?

I'm just wondering if instead of pasting music files into the stations that maxis set up (Pop, Jazz, College Rock etc),we could make our OWN folders to put music into?
I want to make organized playlists smile

I don't know, I never understood how to paste in music files in the first place, I've tried a few times but it didn't work

I don't think creating your own folders would work because the game isn't programmed to look for them. Just a thought on the matter.

No, I just choose a radio station, put my songs in there, then during gameplay check the boxes of the songs I don't want playing (Eg- sim music) in the audio options.

I've turned the pop radio station into the McFly/Anime soundtrack station.
