Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this.
I would like to knit my nephew's image on a scarf I'm planning on knitting. I have his picture and everything but I have no clue where I can go online to upload his picture and get it's motif and/or chart for it. Would someone happen to know where online I can go to do that? I've been everywhere, I think, and I haven't been successful. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Try this one: KnitPro

Though, since you're making a scarf you won't have many stitches to work with width-wise. It's going to be challenging to get it to fit and still be recognizable.

Good luck to you!

I don't know if you've gotten this figured out yet, but I always like http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEspring05/FEATsmartchart.html for charts.

Another thing to possibly try is see if you can find a cross-stitch program (perhaps google it), and load your desired image into that. Then, just treat the chart like it is any other type of chart. Granted, the output is based on floss colors, but you can match up as much as possible.

Hope this helps.
