how do u get a wishing well

I'm pretty sure it's in the Seasons expansion, but that's all I know.

» You have to get a Garden Club membership to obtain that item.

First, own Seasons.
Second, join the gardening club by calling them on the phone and asking the member that turns up.
Third, have a beautiful garden and get a garden member to come and rate it. If you score high enough then you get given the wishing well as a reward.
