one day at girl scout camp i was knitting up a storm and my hands and wrist cramped up so my friend's mom told me to eat a banana, and my hands and wrist were not as sore!
I just crack my knuckles when my fingers get sore.

eh, bananas do have potassium, which does relieve cramps. I used to force myself to eat them back when I danced.

Hey - weird - I can't eat bananas either, neither could my grandad. Is this more common that just my weird family?

They irritate my stomach something terrible which will sometimes set off a gall stone attack. I love bananas but they aren't worth a gall stone attack.
