about tombstone of L and D

I've used the tombstone of L and D a couple times before, but I've always wondered if I cliked on one of the choices like Make new teen boy, or watever, wat exactly it does. 3nodding I mean does a new teen just pop up on ur lot, or does it actually look like the parents? I'm kinda scared to use it also because I dont' want it to mess up my game. Please help!!! mrgreen

A teenager will just pop up onto the screen. They won't be related to anyone on the lot and they will have a whole different name.

Whenever you use the Make new... option a random Sim will be generated that has no genetic or family ties to the Sim that selected the option. They have their own first and last names too.
I used it loads on one lot to create a graveyard before I got Nightlife.

oh, ok.so if someone wants to have a baby and I used L and D to get one it won't satifsy their aspiration???

They have to actually give birth for the "Have Baby" want to be fulfilled. You could use the "Make me pregnant with..." option and then "Speed up my pregnancy" to do it.
