this is a simple, but very easy scam to fall for. someone will pm you, asking for one of your items. they say they might need it for the arena, or to see what it looks like on him etc. and sends a trade. DONT TRADEmost of the time, they would just take the item and put you on the ignored list. even people who are your best friends might do it to you, but whatever you do, dont trade

I only once loaned an item to my friend but that was me asking him to get a screenshot for me (not him askig for my item) and I got it back because he's a good friend of mine (my print screen wasn't working).
Under any other circumstances I wouldn't of given my item to someone unless it was a donation.

if someone asks you to loan them something so they can "try it on"..tell em to go to tektek.org and try it on there. If they want to borrow for the arena...they need to go out and quest for the gold to buy it themselves!

I do agree with you there. That's what i've been doing, and I've gotten what i wanted most with hard work on gaia...
