I'm starting to feel like I overly need help sweatdrop
Anywho.
*Pushes away guilt onto the side*
Some of the custom content I download and install turn out to be defualt
outfit/hair.
Its usually the red dress up shirt with the 1/3 white pants but since I installed seasons its a random outwear one.
This is because I need meshes right?
...Now...What are meshes?
And where can I download/get them?
^___^;;

You are correct in thinking that this is happeneing because you are missing the meshes. A mesh is basically the shape of the clothing or hair. What you will have been downloading are the textures that go on the mesh. Whenever you download an item that needs it's own mesh it should say so at the download location and then tell you where you can get it.
Which site are you downloading the items from?

The main Sims 2 website.
Sim2.com
I would download stuff from other sites but I think they need meshes as well.
And I couldn't figure it out and some forums really do suck at explaining things. (ones that aren't in this guild but ones I googled)

So do you mean you have been downloading from the Sims2 exchange? If so then you will probably never find the meshes to what you have downloaded unless the uploader said where it was from. The exchange doesn't upload meshes with the Sims.
If you want custom content in your game then I would strongly suggest that you go and look at modthesims2.com as the clothing and hairstyles are brilliant. Yes you need a mesh for almost everything that is on there BUT the meshes are posted in the same place as the colours and they always tell you if you need the mesh for it to work.
