The G refers to "god" or "greed".
Yeah, I think Trent said in an interview that it stood for greed, but I also think he must have had Bush in mind while writing it. But also, really, you could just take it to mean whatever you wanted it to. I'm sure there are a few other words that start with G that would make sense, and I think that's cool, that it could mean a few other things.
