When did Tia Dalma try to kill Jack? Or are we just supposed to assume that she did at one point?

Okay, I've heard some people say that Tia Dalma/Calypso, the sea. The dangers of the sea try to kill Jack. Or something like that.

Dude, that definitely makes sense now. If Calypso = the sea, the sea has definitely tossed Jack around quite a bit, and possibly even tried to kill him. Aiight, cool.

But Calypso was locked in her human form so how could she try and kill him?

Maybe it was really far in the past? I just saw the movie again, and in it Jack's talking to Elizabeth about how she killed him and then he turns to Tia Dalma and she says: "You can't tell me you didn't enjoy it at the time." And Jack smiles and kinda goes, "Yeah, you're right." Maybe that's implying that she did try to kill him in some... enjoyable manner? xp

when tia said that jack enjoyed it im pretty sure she was talking about the making out with elizabethpart which would explain jacks smile....as the for the four that tried to kill jack :Barbossa, Will, ragetti, pintel and the one who succeeded elizabeth or however you spelll thats just how i interpreted it take it or leave it


ps if i made out with elizabeth i would have enjoyed it to XP

i think that will tried to kill him in the 1st movie and elizabeth did kinda killl him in the 2nd and barbossa tried to kill him and i dont think tia tried to kill him but waht do i no i would have to go back and wathch the 1st, 2nd, 3rd all over again to figure out biggrin

Yes i'm sure this is true, because from the 2nd movie when Jack was in Tia's hut and when she was flirting with Will, Jack said "I thought i knew you" and seem to be a bit unhappy at the fact that Will's charm was working on Tia.
