I need help deciding

I have a question
which one is worth getting
The Sims 2 Pets
or
The Sims 2 Seasons
I can only get one and I don't know which one to chose
in your guys' opinion which one is better

It depends on what you want. Seasons is good for self-sufficient sims, and the weather is nice to have, but pets is nice too because it really adds zing to have a dog or cat running around the house.

Well, if you can only have one, I say Seasons hands down. Pets isn't worth it at full price; it comes with very little in comparison with most expansion packs. Seasons, on the other hand, comes with a ton of stuff; it really expands your gameplay greatly and makes a more notable difference in the game entirely.

But it really depends on what you want. If you prefer for your sims to have the fun and responsibility of caring for animals, that's fine, and if you prefer weather and new social interactions and outerwear, that's fine too! biggrin

Pets can wait I think in comparison with Seasons. I would get seasons first then pets.

Of the two, I only have Pets but Seasons looks like such a great EP that I think that's what I'd choose in your situation. Have fun whatever you do!

I only have Pets so I don't know. But I love Pets, it's great! I'm getting Seasons after my exams.

I have Pets, and I find it to be very boring. The animals are cute and fun... but that's about all. They're like small furry sims that you can't control directly -- nothing truly new.

I don't have Seasons, but the more I read about it, the more I am excited to get it. It adds a completely new thing to the game -- seasons, duh! -- and a bunch of things associated with that. There's gardening. You know, *new* stuff. And there are also new items and a bunch of new careers, for those who want a bit more of the same.

I have both, and they're both really great.
But it depends on what YOU want.
If you really love pets - Go for Pets.
If you love gardening and want weather - Seasons.
Personally I love Seasons more, but that's just me.
