I lost the one thing I had for my avi that I really liked and unfortunately have been unable to get it back...I had purchased aprils collectable, and about a week ago I logged onto my account and found the hair missing...I had not traded nor sold it and cannot figure out what happened...any help getting it again would be appreciated
