Okay, in order to roleplay here, you have to show some proof that you have roleplayed before and are GOOD at it.
My 15 Laws:
1. You must show proof of experience to me.
2. When you roleplay, you will not use *sentence* at all.
Incorrect: *Walks up to building.*
Correct: Shishui walked up to a building.
3. You must provide a sample before you begin to prove that you're not lying.
4. No auto-hitting
5. NO CYBERING TAKE IT TO PM, however romance is allowed, both straight and gay.
6. Both made up and character's from the show are welcome.
7. You can say anything, from hell to ********. You can kill if you have permission from either me or the person you're killing.
9. If you don't post enough, I will kill you regardless of rule 8
10. If you can't post due to vacation, tell me or you will die.
11. Send me you're profile, I'll send it back to you with either okay or no.
12. Don't fight random people, only fight if you have a reason or it's a sparring match.
13. Provide a ninja emoticon to prove you read the rules in your profile.
14. If you break a Law, I will alert you and give you a chance to change it. If you don't, I will kill you.
15. Have fun of course.

In case you still don't get the profile skeleton, here's mine filled out.
Name: Shishui Fumiko
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Rank: Akatsuki Weapon/Explosives specialist.
Appearence: 
Abilities: Bloodline allows him to infuse chakra with inatimate objects and lets him detonate them at will once infused.
Abilities(Jutsu):
Suicide Bombing Clone (Jibaku Bunshin)
Fire Type; Grand Fireball Skill (Katon; Goukakyuu no Jutsu)
Clone Great Explosion (Bunshin Daibakuha)
Chakra Absorption (Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu)

Background: The Fumiko bloodline is relatively new. It started in a freak accident, in which explosives had been infused in Anoshi Fumiko's blood. He fused his chakra with his blood in order to take the explosives out, but only succeded in combining them with his chakra, thus starting the Fumiko bloodline.
Population: Almost Extinct
Abilities: Allows you to change your chakra into explosives and fuse it into inatimate objects to destroy them. It also allows you to put explosives directly into your oponents body by shooting chakra into their body and detonating it.
Background: Because he had a knack for destruction since he was born, Shishui has been shunned by his village as nothing but a tool for destruction. He heard of Akatsuki on his journeys and decided to find them. Once he found Akatsuki, he discovered that many of its members were shunned by their villages just like him, so he decided to join.
Sample: Shishui sighed as he walked through his old village. He doubted that anyone remembered or recognized him, but those doubts were slashed when he saw a wanted picture of his old face. His face had changed a lot since that picture, and his body had gained many scars.
Shishui's mission here was to find the Jinchuriki and take him back to base, but those weren't his only plans. He was planning on destroying as many of the people that had hated him as possible, starting with his old friend, who was now the Kage of the village.
