Progresso makes a parmesan bread crumb mix that is awsome to cook fish in. Just prep your fish as usual then dip it into the breadcrumbs and fry it up in what ever you like. It adds zip to your fish!

O cool i am not a fish fan but when i fry my chicken i dip it in Panko REALLY GOOD Japanese bread crumbs

Try adding crushed up croutons to meatloaf for a different kind of taste! Sometimes i add salsa and make stuffed bellpeppers...its delicious and different.

Panko eh?...hummmm going to have to try and find that stuff. Though i know a way to add a little someting to fried chicken...try seasoning the flour with some chili powder and paprika...only a little chili powder or it'll get too hot. Not only does it add flavor but color too.
