There are two contestants, and the first one starts off eating something fairly simple, like, peanut butter. Then they dare the second person to eat something just as similarily innocent.
But as they keep daring eachother to eat stuff, it gets more extreme. Like, they can dare eachother to eat the gum under seats, or candy they find on the ground, or bugs, etc.
