Well, so Target called me on my cell phone about 10 minutes ago, and they said: We're having a rush, do you think you could come in?

So I asked what time, and she said: As soon as possible.

And I'm sitting here in my pajamas, right? And I'm all, "Well I'm not in the area right now and I could MAYBE make it by 2. When will you need me til?"

She's all, "I dunno lemme ask Ray."
And I'm like, "Ohjeez."
She says, "Til 8:30, about."
And all I can say is, "Uhhhhhhhhhhhh."
So she says, "Let me call you back in five minutes."

And she calls back on the HOUSE and I say, "Would it look bad if I said I changed my mind?"
"So you don't want to come in now?
"No."

And I lied again, "Well I'm at a Rocky Horror Picture Show convention."
"Oh."
And AGAIN, "And I was going to take my friend's truck since he doesn't need it. I didn't take my own car--"

And she just goes, "Rocky Horror Convention? Why didn't you just say so? Heeeheee. See you tomorrow."


Discuss lying and how bad I just was for doing that.
And how can I possibly be out of the area if I just answered my house phone?
I feel so stupid...



I could've just said "no" and avoided all of that crap.


I really need to be making money for my car but I just really, really didn't want to go in today.
I almost cried about it.
Deep down I ******** hate that place.
I really, really hate Target.

I'm going to go apply at Dominic's right now to be a hostess. I'm just gonna ask them if I can keep my red hair. And if yes, then hooray.

And I wouldn't mind starting out at $10.50 and hour.

I'm gonna start school soon and I'm gonna have to work less. ._. Less hours, more money, it evens it out. Meh. >_>;

Whenever they called me on my cell phone I told them "if you call back again I will sue you, individually and as a company, for harassment."
I didn't give them that number to contact me. Someone else did.

And seriously, you should have just said now.
You better hope you never get a job as salary. It's modern day slavery.
