how do i download from modthesims2

ok i can download stuff from thesims2.com but when i try to download of modthesims2 it doesnt work it says i have to track where i got it or somehting

Normally, you can use Q-Express, but that's down fro a while. So, click the little floppy disk at the bottom, under the D/L. You may get a server busy page, but keep it open. It will be download availible if you keep it open.

qxpress should be back up in a few weeks, so once it comes out it makes downloading much easier...i hate downloading without it...
