Game bug..?

I started playing .Hack//GU recently. I played through until Piros the 3rd called me to see a new TriEdge marking in a new Lost Ground. Ovan and Yata were talking and then suddenly the screen went all staticy and then black. I restarted and all my game data is gone and im back to level 1 x.x

This sucks >.> i FINALY got to use skeith too >.>

OMG your PS2 has been affected by aida D: sounds like you need a new game. but here is a sercret. if you have completed GU vol 2 an you start a vol 1 game again you cna start at a high level. i started at 35*cause i want to send endrance the ecards that my sis send to atoli ><*

Maybe it's your memory card that has problems? Since your game data was lost, it couldn't be because of the disk...

Sounds like you have a memory card problem. I've known several people who've had a problem with their memory card.
By any chance were you playing the game during a thunderstorm??

Definitely a memory card error. I suggest buying another one, and having a spare one, too.

ive played lots of games durin storms. im even on the net XD but i think that there is somin wrong with the memory card,the game or the PS2.

I agree, clean the disk, then if it happens again, you probably just need to get a new copy.
