Feelings after reading "Deathly Hallows" (SPOILERS!!!)

I know like most of you I got my book at midnight (actually fifteen after). I read it in less than fourty-eight hours. I feel like needed more. I cried hardest when my two favorite characters bit the dust. SPOILER ALERT!!



Poor Remus and Tonks and right after Teddy got here to. I was suprised at Dumbledore's past. I was relieved, shocked, sad, happy, and I was confused all at the same time. I'm in the process of re-reading it.

What are your feelings after reading the actual last book? We may have an encylopedia, but still I feel so empty! What shall I obsess over? j/k

I cried over...[spoiler in white]over Fred,Tonks,Remus,and yes,even Snape.I wish it wasnt the last book but it does make sense there are 7 books..7 books for 7 horcruxes...but i still cant believe the harry potter books are done! crying gonk no more hogwarts or harry,ron and hermione to read about! crying crying gonk

i was so mad everyone i liked, all but harry, died. I normally i love to rad the new books over and over wehn i get them, but this time i only read it once and i will never read it again because i will get mad at the book again.

i was angry, i was sad. i cried at a few parts of the book. i kinda didnt like the way she ended the series, but i guess she didnt care. as long as the last book was out.

Was i the only one who cired when dobby died? when fred died? when Harry saw the dead bodies of Lupic and tonks? or when he has the resurection stone and saw his loved one?

All in all... it was pretty good. I also kinda hated the killing off of Lupin and Tonks...
I wish she woulda left at least one of them alive... it's like, Harry all over again... baby born, parents die. Suckage.
And the major disappointment of the book was the epilogue. I kinda wish I didn't even read it. It was sloppily done in my opinion. It seems as though she just kinda threw it together quickly... possibly to shut people up bugging her to write more books. That's what I think anyway.
And I woulda liked to know what happened to the rest of the people.. not just Harry, Ron, Ginny, Hermione and Neville... There were so MANY MORE characters that she kinda left you wondering what happened after that final battle.I dunno... I just think she coulda ended it a bit better.
Other than that... it was still a good book. 3nodding
I'm just sad it's over. It's kinda like when someone dies (only not as important) ... it's hard to grasp the fact that there won't be anymore, ever.

...kind of dissappointed in a way. I feel she killed off too many good characters and left there deaths unexplained. Most of the deaths where also mildly pointless...I mean it really would have effected the book if she had let those characters live.

However I really like the way Harry kept called Voldemort Tom and finding out more about Dumbledores past...but every single character I like in that book died...and the ones I hated most lived...so...

I thought the book was pretty good. I think the deaths were kinda needed. It seems like in most big battles (not in Harry Potter) that the main characters live and that becomes boring. Even though I think one of Teddy's parent's should have lived. I think the epilouge could've been slighty better, but it's good.

it was a gr8 book but well i was really shocked with it.......i don't know or not but J.K. said that after a few years if she get bord she might write more but idk if thats true but i say an interview with her and she said that....so hopefully!!^.^

I must say that it left me mad because snape is good. I knew it was coming but it still ticked me off. And I was also extremely mad that Lupin and Fred died - they were two of my favorite characters.

Albus Severus? Come on! Maybe Albus Sirius. Harry loved his godfather.

i just got that seven horcruxes thing! 7 years at hogwarts, 7 books, 7 horcruxes, 7 WEASLEY KIDS.....7 PEOPLE DEAD IN THE 7th BOOK... eek
