I don't have many rules...

This is the future site of the GOCPL. Please don't post yet, I am still setting it up.

...JUST NO EFFING DOUBLE BATTLES!

RULES:
No ubers. EVER.
Obey the rules of battle. SLeep/freeze clause is in effect at all times. Also, evasion moves ARE permitted, but frowned upon (because they are so god damned cheap.)

Gym Leaders will surrender a badge if you defeat them. Collect all Eight, and you can challenge the Elite Four. Defeat them, and you gain the top spot of the Elite Four, and bump the lowest member from his position. Elite Four members can challenge the member above him in rank to keep away from the bottom.
