A Ralts with leaf blade? cause on its page on serebii it had leaf blade on the moves list.

If you were able to, it probably would have to be with Gallade first since it should learn the move at some point.
That at least would make sense to me, otherwise it would have to be breed amongst one of the new pokemon (In the Sinnoh region).

Gallade has it as a forgotten move, so Heart Scale is the only way.
