i love grapes, but bananas have potasium(sp?) which helps to keep your muscles from getting sore from sports and all that sort of stuff... it helped me alot when we had this school-wide track event. i may not have been in track, but i got some ribbons... and i was first in the 40yd dash i believe... it sucks that i don't even know what i did with my ribbons... i'll look around for them...(sorry for getting off-topic)
