	What's wrong with you guys? You're making this way too complex. Eevee is in the Ground egg group. Get a smeargle, and you can have whatever egg moves you want (provided you sketch them).

That would work... But finding a pokemon that uses wish in battle is awfully hard...unless of course its double battle...
