Those little shopping carts that you see little kids rolling around in places like Kroger..
I wonder.. Were those shopping carts made for little kids, or really for Midgets?...
Hmmm.. This is relevant to my interests.

I say there their for the kids because their are more kids around then midgets. Well at leasts of what I see around my area that is.

They are for kids, it encourage them to shop. Mothers love and hate them.
