Poffin making!

When you're with a friend, how do you make poffins? What are your best combos? My highest level is 37. I used a watmel berry, while she used a mago berry.

But when we both put in watmels, it turned foul! Why is this?

I'm only doing it to max out shiny shinx's coolness, and feebas's beauty.

All I know about poffin making is that if any 2 people in your group making poffins put in the same berry it automatically is a bad poffin.

Well... in a group of three, We managed a mild poffin at level 69/ smoothness of 28. I think I used a Enigma berry, and the other two used were Pamtre and Belue.
Poffins pretty much only get better if more powerful berries are used that have matching flavors, but like discussed previously cannot be the same one.

I believe, a poffin can't raise a trait more then 40. And if I'm not mistaken Feebas has a base Beauty of 70, so I don't think it can be done.

I dont really make poffins. Like Rina, I liked pokeblock making a lot more.

It took me forever to make a good enough poffin to max out my Feebas's beauty. I hate poffin making, but you can't win contests without it.

Also, what do Foul Poffins do? I'm hoping they subtract sheen.

I don't think so. They just add a very little amount to the catergory. XD;

If you get together with friends, you can make golden Poffins, which I heard are very good. =O
