Umbreon CAN learn ICE BEAM??!!

WTFOkay I was battling this kid in wi-fi
I have him in my pal pad thingy anywayz
while I was battling him
I had my Garchomp out he send out his umbreon
My garchomp use dragon rush I miss
Later on HIS Umbreon use ICE BEAM
Im like eek WTF
I didnt know umbreon can learn ice beam
So i looked up marriland to see both eevee and umbreon moves
I realized that both pk cannot learn ice beam
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE THAT HIS UMBREON KNOW ICE BEAM??!!

Did it OHKO you? Because that'd mean he hacked it's stats, too. A base special attack stat of 85 or so (fully maxed out) is needed for an unSTAB'd ice beam to kill standard garchomp in one hit. Umbreon's base stat is only 60.

I know this. I have a Manaphy with the ability Wonder Guard and was caught with a Cherish Ball at level 100. It knows Giga Impact, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant. It has an Adamant nature.
And that's why I don't ever use it.

That manaphy sucks, hard. Srsly, all of it's attacks are horrid.

Also, getting the tools is easy, they just buy an AR: DS at gamestop/other game store

Rampardos' ability also negates wonder guard, that means it could be beat. Also, you could roar it away and use status moves on it.
