Pokemon Seals. Got seals?

I got them but what i don't understand that kid from Solceon. Does he give you seals too? Do you have to catch all the unknown to some from him or no? And what kind of seals does he give you?

Show him unknowns and he gives you seals of the letter of that unknown.

although, I find seals to be awfully cheesy.

The exact process:
Catch an unown, put it in the front of your party, show it to the kid, he gives you 10 seals of that letter. If you ever want more of that seal, catch another unown and he'll give you more.

better example:
unown "A" is in the lead of the party
unown "A" is shown to the kid.
10 letter "A" seals are received
unown "A" is switch with unown "B" in the party
Unown "B" is shown to the kid
10 letter "B" seals is received
-----
and if you want more of letter A you just put it in front of your party again.
but you wont need more than 10 seals..

unless your trying to spell "AAAAAAAH" on all your ball capsules sweatdrop

Seals suck because whenever you want to put a Pokemon in the PC you have to take the seal off, which is quite annoying.
Though they look cool, I think they're very tedious.

This is the reason I don't use them. I switch out quite a lot when I breed and when I'm evolving team members. And they're useless in contests and whatnot, so yeah.
