Yep, Gaia's hit the big mile-mark that is 100,000 users on at one time.

So, are/were you online at the time?
Did you get a screenshot?
Does this mean that Gaia can charge an exorbitant amount for ads on its site now? (yes, yes it does xP)
How does it feel being a part of Gaian history? (if you were one of the 100k)
How does it feel, missing out on a part of Gaian history? (if you weren't one of the 100k)
What do you think the commemorative item will be?

Me, I wasn't as thrilled about it as some might've been, because I'm in a real paranoid-of-the-admins phase, so I think it's just so that they can start charging more for their ads and sponsorships. It was still kinda cool, though. I don't want the item to be a T-shirt, though, because we just got four T-shirts off the water festival >.< A trophy or housing plaque or something like that would be cool, though ^.^

Isn't it horrible then that the reward item was a watermelon hat? I mean I felt good knowing I was there when we passed a 100k, but a watermelon hat? I felt like the admins just said thanks and when I turned around they punched me in the back of the head. stressed

And WTF's up with a watermelon hat? gonk I mean, it's kinda funny and random, but it's more commemorative of summer than hitting a big milestone. I guess it commemorates the fact that the record was broken in summer...? 0.o

I didn't get a screen-shot, but I feel SO ripped off! I was so exited that I was going to get this AWSOME item, but then I got...a watermelon hat.
They are obviously running out of ideas...

The Summer Fest thingy was from August...27th? or so 'til Sept. 3. If you logged on at all during that time, you get the item (but you have to collect it yourself by hitting a link) ^.^

lol, and yeah, they have ads. If you give money to the site, though, you don't see them ^.^
