Personality: Though thought by most to be a meek little thing, Mpenzi has her mate's ear on many issues, and would move heaven and earth to protect her beloved, and her children, as well as the rebuilding of her pride. The growth of the pride she has watched over so carefully since ascending to her position as the king's mate has made her swell with pride.
Though that may have also been with the children she has birthed into the pride as well.
Further, watching her firstborns argue with one another is bringing a new stress to the lioness.

Personality: Yua is possibly one of the more normal and non-insane lions out in the savannah. He's personable, he has good, ifnot blind reasoning, behind leaving his pride (and his family), and wanders freely about the lands idly, not on some greater mission in the world. In fact, he's so calm, sagely, and sane, it's hard to believe that he has a mental quirk; He firmly believes he can see and speak to ghosts. But he doesn't go overboard with it with 'OMGGHOST', just... kinda smiles, and sometimes will point them out. HOWEVER, this is only a BELIEF. He CANNOT really see them.

Personality: Kinye is, to say otherwise, cautious. In a scuffle for dominance, she would step to one side, just to avoid a hassle, as well, it makes for her to commonly run and hide behind other sibling-units or her parents, whichever is closer. However, this makes for her being that much closer to them, as hiding behind a family-unit that doesn't like you makes for a problem. While not being the 'lets go ride a stampede!' kind of pup, she is the kind to dream up some fantastic story to tell her siblings or friends that makes absolutely no sense to anybody but herself. On the opposite end of the spectrum, however, she isn't all story, and no fight. She does have the ability to throw a fit at anything that upsets her greatly, and not talk things through with them, which can get her into a better fit of trouble with family, or even a stranger. She is quick to forgive, and seek forgiveness, when things go to fault, though. With her life's path, she's grown from a wild and almost insane individual into a less-than genius, but mature-enough adult.

Personality: A bit of a bull in a China shop. Nitesh grew up with plenty of space to move in. Still moves, just doesn't have the space anymore. He's had his feeling stepped on, however, and left the pride of his birth to avoid seeing the face that haunts his memory.
Nitesh is Queen Johari's littermate. However, he left his birth-pride at a different time in life, so it is only by coincidence that he made his way to the desert where she is. He holds some very heavy weights on his shoulders that come from a series of bad luck, as well as the growth of his four children who have started to pave their own pathways in life.
However, despite this weight, he's always willing to be a support for those who may need him and is quite solid in his build, making him very good for climbing on. (Which is good for any children who may want to climb on Uncle Nitesh!)

She's very open armed and welcomes all into her hold, outside those who would threaten her.

This leaves him far from being a pushover, however, as he'd never let any harm come to his family in any form, despite how it seems to be falling apart, pulling apart the young adult in the process.
