Personality: Mafa is a rather emotionless creature. She tends to be very cold toward those around her, speaking in a very bitter and biting tone; she is extremely unsympathatic towards others. Though she does warm up slightly towards those that she holds in high regards, such as the higher-ups of her pack, but other than those, not much is expected. Towards lions, Mafa is extremely violent. At the sight of one, rage over comes her, she completely dispises them, and will not stop for a moment to stop tearing them to shreds.
Mafa hasn't changed due to motherhood at all, she doesn't seem to be too affected by the new life she's brought. The only compassion she seems to show is toward her daughter, the heir to the pack.
History: Mafa was born to a quiant hyena clan. She was a born survivor of the litter and was the only one that made it... Seeing as how she had killed off her sister before either of them could even walk. Her parents were proud hyenas for having such a wonderful little pup. Life was good for a few months until a pride of lions decided to go for a hunt in the barren graveyard. And what they stubmled on was the sleeping family of hyenas; Mafa's family to be exact. The pups parents bade her goodbye as they made her run, they were quite out numbered. That was the last she saw of them. And so the pup ran and ran. She ran so far that she got lost and wandered into the Mistweaver territory. She was terrified of lions. There she met Banzai, an adult hyena; the first of her kind she had seen in a month or so. She attached her self to him immediately. They grew close and went in search of Mafa's family. They traveled through the graveyard for days; meeting a few strange characters.
They finally came upon the cave where Mafa had once lived. The place smelt of death and blood. An old vulture informed them that the lions had taken the kills they made; nothing was left of Mafa's old clan. From that moment Mafa's eyes no longer shone with delight and happiness. They faded into a duller color, they held agression and rage. She hated lions; they'd killed her whole family. Mafa was taken into the Elephant graveyard clan for a day or so but then she decided to leave. She came away from this more grown than a young hyena pup should ever be. After meeting another pup and growing tired of waiting for Banzai's clan and Banzai himself she took off to the Southlands.
Mafa returned to the Elephant Graveyard as she reached adolescence. It is her home and it was never her intention to leave for as long as she did. A hyena belongs in such a wasteland, 'specially one that was named for it. She has now seemingly lost any spark for life and is a rather dull and cruel character to deal with. She encountered an old aquaintance, Tukutu, from her puphood. She guiled him into staying with her, starting the pack up.
Mafa leads a rather busy life building up the pack. Any hyena that stumbles by she recruits, filling their minds with hate for the lions. The Maziko, a pack of lions that moved in outrage her beyond belief, and she believes that with enough hyenas, and enough force, she will be able to kill them all off and force them out. In concern for the pack in case she was to meet an untimely end, Mafa tried to concieve an heir. She mated with Tukutu, trusting him produce one for her. Mafa gave birth to two pups, Mabozi, an enormous and very idiotic animal, and a still born daughter that she named Maiti. Mafa blamed both Mabozi and Tukutu for the death of her pup. Stuck raising Mabozi on her own, she became even more bitter toward Tukutu, though she does always feel the need to supress a liking to the male.
With the first failure, Mafa recruited Rasuli to sire her next litter. Thankfully, he performed well. Mafa has given birth to five pups, four little boys, and finally, her girl. |

Name: Mabozi (Mah - Bow - Zee)+ (Mtundu (Mmm - Tuun - Do), Mrongo (Mmm - Ron - Go), Mwuaji (Moo - Wah - Gee))
Meaning: Useless/Idiot + (Sly person, One who is experienced in matters of sex, Killer)
Gender: Male
Age: Adult
Pack: Elephant Graveyard Pack
Parents: Mafa [Mother] x Tukutu [Father]
Offspring: Micah (Dagi), Baal (chirigami), Raziel (Andrani)
Personality: Mabozi is just about the exact opposite of both of his parents, and perhaps the exact opposite of most of the hyenas in the Graveyard. He doesn't mope, he laughs, he doesn't hate, he loves, he doesn't see things pessimistically, he sees them optimistically. He also isn't too smart at all, infact, he is rather stunted mentally. This is most likely because of Mafa's poor mothering habits when he was born. Mabozi was deprived of oxygen for much too long. He's being carefully trained by his mother and others to be as good of a hyena as he can be. He's tough physically, but mentally, he's just a loving goofball.
Mabozi has grown, but in every sense, he's still the 'village idiot'. However, there have been a few revelations in her character. As he's aged, Mabozi has emerged with a case of DID, dissociative identity disorder, or multiple personality disorder as it's more commonly known. This spilt of personalities resulting from Mabozi's utter desire to please every one, but not having the capacity. Mental enforcements were brought it! Mabozi, the one everyone knows and loves is the base personality, the one that is out and about most often. Though, certain situations can trigger the appearence of his other personalities. First to show his face was Mwuaji, a brutal and agressive beast. Mwuaji has the mentality to use that powerful form that Mabozi is so oblivious too and he is extermely destructive and lethal. Next is Mrongo, a promiscuous, flirty, and seductive character. Females are the only thing on Mrongo's mind. He loves being around them, sweet talking them, and of course, when he finds the time is right, passing on his genetic code. Lastly is Mtundu, a highly intelligent, articulated creature. Mtundu seems to know everything about anything. Socially, he is very graceful, and takes care to not over step anyone's boundries. He's very cunning.
History: Mabozi has no extensive history seeing as he was just recently born. He was born to Mafa and Tukutu, Mafa being the leader of the Graveyard Pack and Tukutu being a higher up. had he been a female, Mabozi would have been the heir to the pack, but he isn't, thus the name he was given. He is rather useless to Mafa. Mabozi was the first pup born, but after him came his sister, but she unfortunately was still born. This has torn Mafa up, making her resent Mabozi for living and his sister for dying. Mabozi's home life isn't exactly grand, but he doesn't seem to notice it, he loves his mother all the same.
As for his father goes, Mabozi had no idea he existed for a long time. Only recently did Mabozi bump into Tukutu. Despite being absent his whole life, Mabozi adores his father unconditionally.
Recently, Mabozi, or more specifically, Mrongo, sired a littler with one of the pack females, Schatz. Resulting were three pups, two boys and one girl. Mabozi is oblivious to his new found father-hood, but his personalities are not. |

Personality: Micah's pretty new to the world, so her personality isn't exactly too developed or set in stone yet. She is however, having grown up with brothers, very rough-and-tumble. She's a bundle of energy and extremely inquisative. Also, Micah is rarely found without her twin brother, Baal, whom she feel extremely close to.
History: Micah was born by chance to Mabozi, in the mindframe of Mrongo, and Schatz. The end.
