"alright here you go" he said as she handed her the pokeball "but i warn you he can be a little rough sometimes"

"alright" Nali said as her Pichu's pokeball started to shake and Pichu appeared

"Pichu!" he said as he looked at Nali scepticaly and saw she was holding his pokeball "chu?"

"Pichu this is your new trainer" Oak said to him "treat her kindly now, ok?"

"chu" he said as he jumped onto her shoulder

"thank you Professor Oak!" Nali said as she ran outside the door. when she got outside she ran into someone from Pallet named Felix.

"i'm sorry Felix" she said

"it's ok" he siad "wow i see you got your first pokemon, huh?

"yah i did "she said "and today is my first day on my journey"

"will you allow me to aid you on your pokemon journey?" he asked her

"that would be fine" she said as they started to walk down the road
