Here is my idea, this other guild i am in does this they have an Avatar of the Month type of thing...and entry for gaia's is like 1,000? or something we should/could do an entry fee of like 50-100 gold since thats not too much and the winner gets like all the gold from the entries...

That sounds good to me. Also, we could hold rallies when everyone was on and take screen caps. ^^
