Yus! I make banners. I just got my PSP and Animation Shop back tonight and I couldn't help but already make a banner. So here's one that I put together for my friends art thread. This one is just a quick simple one with only animated lettering. I can do background transitions and so forth as well. ^w^

Quite simply. Just ask ^^ People don't usually ask me to make them these, so I don't exactly know how to price them, though.
