Personality

A warm lioness with more than her share of motherly attributes. Sympathetic and supportive, a nurture over nature outlook is within her. She has a genuine concern with worldwide issues, such as slavery and plagues. She is happiest when working together with others and would prefer to help push them to their goals than strive for her own. An incredibly patient lioness with an ear for detail who tries to solve any problem before her in a timely and orderly fashion. Her preference, however, is to remain off to the side and allow a more qualified individual to lead the way. She is quick to forgive and herself seeks forgiveness. Her recent and last litter of children will be the hardest for her to let go, yet at the same time, will be her final imprint on the world that otherwise would quickly forget her.

If she were human Hasana would be a very traditional house wife. Even as a lioness she does little females of her species are suppose to, such as hunt. She loves her mate with all her heart but help can't but day dream of being whisked off by a king or brave knight. Of course she always feels guilty about it afterwards. Her role as a mate and mother to many children are all she needs to be satisfied.

Because of the past her worst fear is any of her children hating her. She struggles to be a firm parent and most often fails. At best, she comes off as passive aggressive in her parenting; scolding her children, but withdrawing behind Triv if they lash out because of it.

History

Hasana was born a rogue and given the name of her mother. She had only one sibling, a twin brother, Banji. Their father was gone and her their mother not long for this world. She lived only long enough to wean her children, tell them to look after each other and instruct them which way to go for help. Banji did not listen. He considered his sister a risk to his own life and snuck away from her, leaving Hasana alone.

She was nearing the end herself when she met the God of Hope. He alone restored her faith in finding her brother again, and living a happy life. As she got older, she fell in love with him, wishing on the stars at the end of every day to see him again. She never did, instead pairing with a former Mistweaver, Triv'an.

They had six daughters. Wanting the structure a pride provided, the family joined the Unity Walkers. Crushed by the loss of her daughters, Hasana fatally depressed until the birth of her three sons. Shortly after, they migrated to the Mtaishi'Miele, home of Hasana's childhood best friend Nishan. There they lived peacefully and had seven more children, plus a rescued leopard cub.

Seer Abilities

Hasana's seer abilities manifested very late in life and have always revolved around youth (mostly cubs, but also juvenile, rarely adolescents) in some type of despair or trouble. She believes these abilities to be a gift from the gods to repent for her sins against her daughters.

Notable Relationships

Those who have had the most influence, either directly or indirectly, on Hasana's life.

Family

Banji: Hasana's twin brother and only sibling. He left her early in life and stayed gone until adulthood. That didn't keep him from influencing her more than anyone else for most of her life. Hasana was convinced he had gotten lost from her, not abandoned her knowingly, and spent most of her life looking for him. Upon his return Banji confessed the truth. Hasana was hurt but still loved her brother. She is, however, wary of his playboy mannerisms with women and helps care for a few of many of his abandoned children left in her pride.

Tarajia ("Tara"): A daughter from Hasana's first litter. She looked identical to Banji, or close to it, and her mother tried to shape her into him without realizing it. When Banji himself returned, Tara fled the pride as a juvenile, leaving the destruction of her family behind her.

Ohahira ("Hahi"): Another daughter from Hasana's first litter. As a cub she was sweet, though dramatic, and Hasana had high ups she would grow and become a good mother and live a happy life. When Tara left she became bitter and vowed revenge. Eventually her rage drove the guardian goddess of the pride to sell her into slavery with the Firekin. She was freed during the rebellion and returned to her family in a violent confrontation, only to leave again.

Nyumbani: Hasana's first born child. Nyumbani strives for her mother's attention that Tara had been granted without trying. She kept the family together best she could. Now, Hasana appreciates her more than enough to make up for lost times. She is careful to balance her attention between she and her younger brother Nitahifahdi, who both crave it.

Nitahifahdi ("Fahdi"): Hasana's first born son, from her second litter. She loves all her children, but along with Nyumbani, shares a special bond with Fahdi. There are notable differences between him and Nyumbani, though. He is more innocent than his sister, born after the time of strife in the family, so Hasana is more at ease around him.

Friendship:

Nishan: When Hasana was a cub she stumbled, half-starved, into a pride where she was saved by another cub named Nishan, who brought her to his caretakers. They became fast friends. Over the years, though she would leave, Hasana would always return for visits with her best friend. His absence now is dearly missed. Hasana can't leave her children to find him.

Lakisa: A lioness Hasana met after she was rescued by Nishan. Since she was a cub, Lakisa was in your face and got things done. Qualities Hasana admires she herself doesn't have. They live together now in the Mtaishi, both as nanny. Hasana knows of Lakisa's otherwise silent crush on Nishan and plans to push them (or at least try) should he ever return.

Romance:

Dih-ji: The God of Hope Hasana met as a cub, and fell in love with as she got older. He gave her (not surprisingly) hope when she had given up completely. She dreams still of reuniting with him.

Triv'an ("Triv"): Hasana's mate. She loves him dearly. Their relationship is perhaps the most "normal" you will find in this day and age. They've been together a long while. They can sometimes be boring, but there is always love between them.

Enemies:

Daimyn: Hasana never met her father Daimyn, and probably never will. But she knows he made her mother terribly sad, though she never knew why. She considers him to be the closet thing to an enemy she has.

Other:

Teddi: A leopard cub Hasana adopted after a seer vision of her parents being slaughtered. To her regret, she arrived to late to save the two leopards, so instead took the cub under her wing.

Personality

Ohahira is withdrawn from most of the world so it's only to be expected she has the ability to care about the feelings and opinions of strangers as a blind lion would about arranging picked flowers by color. Those she does know, almost strictly family, aren't much different. Setting aside extremely rare circumstances, they're the only ones she can be counted on to listen to, rather than just leaving or, if prompted (sometimes by minor annoyances), attacking. But there's no promise she won't do either of those with them, too, soon enough. Her reputation is maul, bite, scratch. You don't have to know her, or this reputation, to see a red flag and know to say away.

Her word is her bond. She will follow through with what she says until death. It would sound strange if the things she's promised didn't involve bloodshed and revenge. Her sister, and now much of the rest of her family, she has vowed to strike down for the pains they caused her. She blames everyone but herself. Being alone is preferable and the only time she can really think. Not that she needs much time. Her mind is one-track and her musings always the same.

History

Ohahira was born somewhere in the middle of six sisters. She was born a rogue, but her family soon settled in the Unity Walkers pride. There, her sister Tarajia left the family. She had the appearance of their mother's twin, thus was favored, in good and bad ways. When said twin, Banji, finally returned to his sister--by mistake--Tara ran for it. Ohahira was outraged. She refused to see reason on her sister's side of the story, instead blaming her for the breakdown of their mother and family as a whole.

Seeing her anger, Hasana worried she was doing to Ohahira what was done to Tara. She offered her daughter the chance to leave as well, without any hard feelings. Already becoming bitter, Ohahira took the invitation instead as abandonment. If Tara was gone, their mother must not want any of them. She vowed revenge and set off to kill her sister, planning to return when the deed was done.

But it was destined to be a while before Ohahira ever saw her mother, or any of her family, again. The goddess of the lost, whose son had become involved, worried for the welfare of both her child and the pride that Ohahira's family had migrated to. She offered her the chance to find Tara, instead leading her to the Firekin where she was enslaved.

During her time as a slave, Ohahira was forced to have children, and she had six. More slaves meant more to trade for, and at the time, their numbers were few. When the rebellion exploded, Ohahira made her move and escaped, leaving behind the children she'd never loved without a thought.

Since then, she has clashed with her betrayer and her own family, coming to view them all as worthy of her wrath. In due time.

Notable Relationships

Those who have had the most influence, either directly or indirectly, on Ohahira's life.

Family

Hasana Ohahira's mother. She loved her deeply as a child and considered her what kept the family afloat. When Tara left, Hasana offered her the chance to leave too. She felt her mother no longer wanted her and was crushed. When Ohahira escaped the Firekin during the rebels intrusion, she returned to her mother. They fought, and the parent she'd loved so much is now hated with equal intensity.

Tarajia ("Tara"): Ohahira's sister. Resembling Hasana's beloved, absent brother Banji, she was pushed into playing his role. When Banji returned, Tara left, and the family drama began there. Ultimately, Ohahira blames everything on Tara. It's putting it gently to say she wants to kill her.

Nyumbani: The eldest sister of all her sisters. Ohahira and Nyumbani had a special, close bond from the beginning that remained throughout all the trial and woe until recently. Ohahira thinks of her with just as much venom as her mother and Tara. The difference is, with Nyumbani, she might not mean it quite as much. (See also: Friendship)

Friendship:

Nyumbani: As well as being her sister, throughout her life, Nyumbani was the only one Ohahira ever truly considered a friend. Later, she was the only she trusted enough. It's safe to say they are no longer anything close to friends, but. They were. Once. (See also: Family)

Romance:

---

Enemies:

Mwokoti: The Goddess of the Lost who tricked Ohahira into the Firekin lands, resulting in her being enslaved. Prior to this, Mwokoti had no direct involvement in any situation that Ohahira did.

Uzulu: Ohahira's "master" during her time in the Firekin.

Other:

Upendo'Mpaji: Mpaji fathered Ohahira's children, as ordered by Uzulu, thus giving him more slaves to trade for favors from other lions in the pride, and to gift to his sons. Ohahira hates Mpaji by the default that she hates everyone, but really only sees him as a mindless idiot of a slave, not an enemy.

Happy. You could say that about Gzifa and it would be enough. But just for kicks let's say there's more. Social anxiety? Never heard of it. Hate awkward silence? Worry not, your remedy has arrived in the form of this almost old, yet oh so young, spontaneous, playful wild dog. There's no such thing as quiet in her company. She carries with her barely an ounce of wisdom but has an endless supplies of jokes and stories. Rarely does someone have a middle road or no opinion of Gzifa. By time a first encounter ends they either adore or despise her. Gzifa lives completely for the here and now. She never dwells on the past beyond, "What ever happened to so and so?" or, "Remember that one time when--". As someone so free of regret she works well under pressure and makes quick decisions. Most of the time bad ones.

History

Gzifa was born to a large litter. Her parents were good ones, keeping up with their children and caring for them best they could. Of course, with so many it was difficult to give each the ideal amount of one-on-one time. That was just fine with Gzifa. She'd rather entertain herself by venturing away from her pack, to the dismay of her mother and eldest busybody sister Momo.

She met another wild dog named Khima; the two clicked instantly. When the topic of exploring the world cropped up, both happily jumped on the bandwagon. Gzifa asked her mother permission, and was told no. It pained her to disobey, but Gzifa left anyway, staying with Khima until they were separated months later. She met a rogue and with him had five puppies. She lost all five like car keys.

Later, one of her two daughters found her, and let her have it for being a bad mother. Hurt, and feeling horrible, Gzifa was determined to prove she was a good mother. Her method? Not the best one. Having more puppies and being a good mother to them she felt would fix the problem. It only made it worse, because once they were born, Gzifa panicked and left them all with the elder daughter she was trying to prove herself to.

Notable Relationships

Those who have had the most influence, either directly or indirectly, on Gzifa's life.

Family

Ujuzi: Gzifa's mother. She loved her and held her word as gospel up until she denied the first thing Gzifa really saw as important. It cut her deep to leave her mother, but the adventurer's spirit is tamed by no one. She misses her, but is afraid to face her again.

Kisho: One of Gzifa's brothers. She ran into him as she was sneaking away from her family for the final time. She began a chain of broken promises with the one to him; that she'd return to the family one day.

Cricket: One of two of Gzifa's daughters. She lost her as a pup, meeting her again as a very angry adult, and got a good verbal beat down for her wrong doing. She respects her daughter more than she respects herself and only wants her forgiveness and approval. It's doubtful she'll ever get either after ditching her second litter with her.

Friendship:

Khima: Outside of her family, Gzifa's first friend--and who really wants their best friend to be one of their siblings, anyway? Khima shares Gzifa's curious nature, wanderlust and he's also equally as dense. Opposites attract? Gzifa doesn't think so.

Nahibi: A cheetah Gzifa met who has quickly become one of her best friends of all time. Gzifa tried to show her lions were good by introducing her to one. The result was two hybrid sons Gzifa is helping to care for (in spite of abandoning her own litters twice).

Personality

Banji's as smooth as a perfectly cut piece of glass. He never analyzes anything. It's better to just get to the point and move on. One can expect him to be honest in his words. Not because he is a very respectable person. He manages to never lie about anything by instead opting to remain quiet or navigate the subject away from things like his family. His abandoned twin sister, abandoned mates, abandoned hordes of children. The reason he is still taken as trustworthy is because the things he does talk about are spoken of directly and clearly. His temperament could be (and has been) praised among the most sturdy of his species. No situation rattles him. Not so anyone can see. He is a lion of few words. It's easy to read him, hard to read him correctly.

To the outside world he is calm, quiet and polite. On the inside he is filled with enough self-loathing to make his own soap opera. At first you'd think him wise. He has hardly any world experience in reality. Never traveled much, never chatted much, never remained with a family member or friend for longer than he had to. Banji just sort of exists to keep from not existing.

History

Shortly before his birth, Banji's father took off. His mother died shortly after. Though Banji was second born, his mother felt it was his job as a man to take care of his sister. He promised, and broke it, the first of many. As soon as he kid, he left his twin, Hasana, in his dust. He feared with her, both would die, but if he left her behind, he may at least stand a chance to live.

Live Banji did, but as the saying goes, there's a difference between living and living well. Each day he aged Banji's heart swelled with regret. He was convinced his sister had died because of him. He had killed her, in a way, and he mourned the "murder" silently every day. By time he was an adult Banji did nothing but laze around.

He was visited by the Goddess of the Lost who told him, "Your sister is alive, and waiting for you. Come with me and I will take you to her." She led him to his sister; and her mate and six daughters. Tarajia, the youngest, resembled Banji almost identically. He found out Hasana had tried to shape her into him, and for it, was met with rejection. He offered Tara the chance to leave, and she took it. That was the second time he broke his sister's heart.

Banji couldn't bare the harm he had caused, so left again. He met Leboya, a lioness whose charm and lovely (bright) appearance had him falling for her first. With her he had three daughters and a son. But Banji panicked again and ran for it. He went on to repeat this action with another lioness, Nyota, and eventually a leopard, Tayhira, leaving them and a litter behind every time.

Recently Banji has become more aware of his mortality and age. Karma will be out to get him in the grave unless he repents for his wrongs, so that's what he's doing.

At least, trying to do.

Notable Relationships

Those who have had the most influence, either directly or indirectly, on Banji's life.

Family:

Hasana: Banji's twin sister he abandoned as a cub. Hasana may or may not hate him, he's not sure. He can't bring himself to gamble over it either. For most of his life he mourned her loss, and still can't bring himself to stay with her. Hasana has been referenced as by Banji as: "another woman I can't love enough, but the one I've always loved the most."

Mtembei: Banji's first son. Mtembei is, as of now, the only child to actively seek out Banji after he left. They have met only a few occasions since that time, but that was all that was needed for Mtembei to become a constant reminder and a symbol of Banji's "sins" against others for him.

Tarajia: Banji's niece who resembles him. Because of this she was forced into his role by her mother, Banji's sister. He takes full blame for the situation via the butterfly effect (he left his sister, she transferred that desire to still have him around through her daughter). Tara was able to leave her family because of him. To this day he remains torn if it was the right decision.

Friendship:

Gzifa: A hyper wild dog that shares Banji's irresponsibility in parenting. They have little else in common. They are close even so because neither will pass judgment on the other. Banji does not watch his words around Gzifa, and only Gzifa.

Latasha: A lioness Banji is traveling with. Her story of a long lost sister, combined with his trial to become a better man, moved him to help her look. In their travels Latasha is slowly becoming the first lioness Banji sees as a friend. (See also: Romance)

Romance:

Leboya: Leboya was the first woman Banji loved. He misses her most of all of his past romances. Falling for her was as fast as a rock being tossed and hitting the ground. Unfortunately, he was just as quick to panic at being a father, and a real mate.

Nyota: Second in line of Banji's should-have-been loves is a soft spoken, lioness named Nyota. Banji speaks of her (in the rare event he does speak of her) as having the most beautiful eyes in the world. His time with her was the shortest of all, but from it, he learned much.

Tayhira: Banji met Tayhira because she was owed a favor by his look alike niece, Tarajia. Trying to keep his family out of more trouble that was ultimately his fault, he offered favors for Tayhira in exchange for relinquishing Tara of her debt. Tayhira agreed. Later, she was saved by Banji from Tara's sister, Ohahira. During their travels, Banji found himself oddly taken with her. But as usual, when a litter of hybrid cubs fell into the picture, it all changed.

Latasha: A sweet, but naive girl much younger than Banji who has managed to become not only a friend, but his latest love interest. Banji resists it completely, afraid she'll end up like the other three of his loves. For how long?

Enemies:

Ohahira: Ohahira is Tarajia's sister who vowed revenge against her for leaving the family. She also blames Banji to an extent. While Banji blames himself completely, that doesn't excuse her attacking Tayhira or being an all around psycho b***h.

Other:

Mto: Banji's not sure what to call Mto. She's the "love seer"; her visions of lovers in distress keep her up at night. As one can imagine, Banji contributes to this visions in mass amounts. She was the leader of the group who tried to push him back with Tayhira. He wouldn't call her an enemy though. No matter how many times she smashes his face in the dirt.

Lakisa: A lioness Banji's sister has known since cub hood. She is very serious about family togetherness and will not forgive Banji for his wrongs against his former mates and his children. She joined Mto in her conquest to force Banji back to the Mtaishi'Miele pride where Tayhira was. Of all women, Banji claims to be most afraid of her.

Cricket: A wild dog and the third of the trio trying to drag him back to a former love. Cricket is the most mild of the group and actually did a minimal amount of "dragging" in the situation. Banji notes she takes the situation personally because of the loss of her own father, and he feels for her.

Sen, who once wanted power and fame, now wants only a life of excitement and change with no strings attached. She is outgoing, talkative and loud about it. She has a great sense of humor, but some sneer at the subjects she decides to joke about as with her there is nothing sacred. Her pride certainly didn't find it funny for their queen to run off, and her children probably aren't amused she keeps running off and leaving them for someone else to take care of.

Although not intolerant of beliefs and traditions, she is disrespectful of them, even those of her former pride. Sen is a borderline atheist, and, did she not know an assortment of the gods on a personal level, no doubt would be one. Other than them, she doesn't believe in anything. The gods she has seen and has solid evidence of. Reincarnation, life after death, ghosts? Not so much. Finding herself to be logical, and expecting everyone else to be the same, she forgets not everyone reasons things out based only on fact and hard evidence and assumes those who proclaim faith of any sort, unless they're just stupid, are doing so with some sort of ulterior motive: they don't want to stand out, it's easier to go along with, the tradition benefits them in some way.

Rules and traditions are meant to broken, she claims. As someone who enjoys taking the opposing side of issue for kicks, Sen is more than glad to bend them herself. She doesn't usually fully realize her limits at the starting line and will push until she finds out what they are. Resulting chaos is by no means unheard of, but her intentions are generally only to rattle cages, not to cause harm. Issues she fights for because of personal values are few and far between. Things she does see as wrong are things that have negatively effected her somehow during her life. For reasons like those she carries bitterness for her birth pride, the Pridelands, enough to use a variety of mild racial slurs such as "rock heads" and "clawed zebra", referencing that "a Pridelander would die alone as quickly as a single zebra".

Love her or hate her, Sen is what she is. She makes no plans to change herself or her behavior, even when she acknowledges her actions as wrong. She's very much aware she's bullheaded to the point of being a brat, many times unreasonable in spite of her constant demand for logical, among other things. She simply doesn't care. Life has never brought her any bad consequence for doing whatever she wants. At least, not yet. Only around the few she considers her true friends, and few they are, does she absently alter her behavior. Slightly.

History

If you tried to get a headcount for all of Sen's bloodline, your own head would likely exploded. In spite of being such a huge family, they were always kind. Her direct kin consisted of two good parents, older siblings and three brothers born along side her, one being Yue. From a young age, Sen was jealous of Yue, praised by others for his golden coat, a rarity in the family. Out of this jealousy she was mean to him, sometimes down right cruel. On the flip side, she worshipped one of her elder brothers, Ai, like he was the greatest thing to grace Mkodi's Savannah. It never settled well with her as the caretaker for the royal cubs of the Pridelands all these prince and princesses were getting attention she felt was rightfully hers. She dreamed of being royalty herself for attentions sake, never considering the trials of a high rank in her imaginary world.

More often than that, she dreamt of flight. Since her first sighting of a bird she wanted only to fly with them. In her youth she followed any and everyone as means to entertain herself and fulfill the curiosity so many youngsters possess. As an unfortunate result she became lost quite often. A problem that found remedy in the goddess of the lost and owner of two feathery wings, Mwokoti. Convinced then mortals could become gods, and thus able to fly, Sen would intentionally get herself lost to see the goddess and try to convince her to tell her the secret.

Over time her relationship with Yue began to shift, until finally, it settled. Sort of. It wasn't until Ai told her he was expecting a litter of his own that their relationship truly blossomed into something worth mentioning. Furious, and feeling betrayed, Sen convinced Yue to run away with her using Mwokoti as a provider. The goddess was convinced the temper tantrum was that and that alone. She allowed the two of them to follow her, positive that they would soon cool down, see the error in their ways and ask to be brought home. Except, they never did.

In fact, Sen and Yue became "king" and "queen" of a reconstructed version of the pride from Mwokoti's past, the Mtaishi'Miele. In these lands she the queen of their neighboring, and soon to be ally pride, Nsundu. By time she'd grown into an adult Sen realized the life she'd wanted for so long wasn't the life for her. Seeing potential to brush off her duties in Nsundu's second born daughter, Waseme, she proposed a trade which was readily accepted by her friend. However, the pride had no cubs to offer, so Sen made a few herself. With Harimuangu'Mlinda, a lioness of the original pride and Yue's "mate", she worked out a plan in exchange for a future favor (yet to be requested). One daughter was exchanged for Waseme; the other two were plopped into Hari's litter to grow as her own, and her son, whom looked too difference to be convincing enough as part of that litter, was told by Hari to be the rebirth of an evil spirit would bring the return of the deadly Great Storm to the lands. It was told to all he was killed for this. However, Sen lacked the heart, and instead just sent him off with a hare named Kirala in exchange for her life, hoping for the best.

When she was old enough, Sen appointed Waseme queen and ditched "her" pride entirely. She badgered Nsundu to leave with her to the world while they were still young. Nsundu agreed. That is, after her eldest daughter returned to take over her own pride. Impatient, Sen had six more children to keep her from getting bored after some... persuading with a hefty male, Chambua.

With Nsundu's daughters at the wheel of both their prides, the duo set out to see the world and live all of life's adventures.

"You only live once."

Notable Relationships

Those who have had the most influence, either directly or indirectly, on Sen's life.

Family

Ausi'Juu ("Mom"): Sen was never a 'mama's girl', but Ausi was easily her favored parent. She desperately wanted her attention. However, she could find no means to express this other than misbehaving. Their relationship was strained mostly from this lack of communication. But Sen misses her mother. She just won't admit it.

Ai'kunilu ("Ai"): Sen's older brother, idolized until he announced the pregnancy of his mate. Raging with jealousy, Sen left home, and has yet to speak with Ai since. She will sometimes make reference to him in conversations, both in negative and positive lights.

Jin'Yue ("Yue"): Sen's younger brother and litter mate. In childhood she saw him as her enemy and in a sense rival, too jealous of his coat and adoration received from it to reflect the patience and kindness he showed her. Later, after Ai's so called "betrayal", she convinced him to flee the pride with her in hopes of greater things. (See also: Romance)

Jun: The daughter Sen traded with Nsundu for her second born, Waseme. She was told her parents were rogues and will likely never know Sen as her mother.

Chyou, Mei: The two daughters of Sen's first litter added to Yue's litter as his daughters. They believe their parents to be Jin'Yue and Harimuangu'Mlinda, and Sen to be their aunt.

Balun: Sen's son with a bit too much bright purple to be convincing enough to pass as Yue's with his two sisters. He was said to be the birth of a lion whose soul brought "The Great Storm" to the wipe out the pride by the leading seer, Harimuangu'Mlinda. To the public, even Hari, he is dead. In reality, he was whisked away by Sen into the rogue lands instead of being slaughtered.

Friendship:

Nsundu ("Drum Girl)": Sen's best and in some ways first friend, opposite though they may be, from everything to appearance to beliefs. It's not unreasonable to assume they don't agree on anything except they can't agree. Yet, Nsundu is the one who knows all her secrets. They travel together with only each other as company, and Sen has never felt more like she's where she's suppose to be. Everywhere.

Mwokoti: Calling them friends is a stretch, but they're not enemies, and to Sen she's too important to be dubbed a nobody. Mwokoti put up with Sen as a cub, let her take over her pride, and helped her beyond what her domain as a goddess demanded of her. That itself is enough of a reason.

Harimuangu'Mlinda ("Hari"): Sen's gut instinct with Hari was that she was no good and needed a swift kick in the a**. A gut feeling she should have stayed with. Hari weaseled her way into Sen's good graces, then blackmailed her without her even realizing. She still doesn't. Her hissy feelings toward Hari were instead brushed off as jealous about her fondness for her brother (coincidentally also false) Yue.

Romance:

Jin'Yue ("Yue"): First, her enemy, then her best friend, and always her brother. Sen developed more than sisterly feelings for Yue. Just a little. She never recognized the feelings as what they were and probably never will, but they were there none the less. Things may have went differently if not for Yue's "mate" later, Hari. (See also: Family)

Goto (NPC): The father of Sen's first litter. The two were casual friends on the side before the conception of their children. Sen discovered some transparent feelings for him only after he stopped showing up at their meeting spot. She suspects he learned of the birth somehow, or got killed. She keeps an eye out for him now.

Other:

Chambua: The poor sap wrapped up in Sen's desire for more kids to keep from being bored. She gave the poor naive guy a questionnaire to see if he was worthy to father her next of kin. Deciding that, yes, he was, she took him to see her den, and... well...
