Oh Trent definitely knows about Meathead.

If I remember correctly, Meat made a guest appearance on a The Spiral video, humping the cast of Trent's head used for Closer. I read on ETS at some point later that after that he and some of his friends had passes and had lunch with Trent. Near the end, his sheepish friend who owned the cast asked him to sign it, and a good laugh was had by all.
