How do I get the SimPE work?

I just downloaded it, and installed and have it running. But I have hell no idea what to do with it now. O.o (I want to create a new object)

Oh yeah, and what's a mesh?

A mesh is the actual shape of something in game. Everything needs a mesh to be able to be seen, including Sims.
